Meet the Team

Lena Kazaryan, M.A., BCBA, LBA

With over 13 years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis ABA), and as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), I have dedicated my career to supporting families and children on the autism spectrum. As a parent of two sons, I understand both the challenges and the rewards that come with raising children, and I use this personal insight to inform my practice. My journey as a BCBA began with a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of children and their families, which led me to earn my Master’s degree from the Florida Institute of Technology.

One of the most rewarding aspects of my work is witnessing children’s “ah ha moments”—those magical instances when everything clicks and new skills are mastered. It’s in these moments that children grow, and they remind me why I do what I do. But beyond helping children, I am equally passionate about empowering parents. I believe that families are at the heart of every child’s progress, and by equipping parents with the right tools, knowledge, and confidence, we can create lasting, positive change that extends beyond therapy sessions.

Whether it’s developing behavior plans, teaching new skills, or simply being a listening ear, my goal is to be an ally for families every step of the way. When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my two sons, cherishing every moment we have together and applying the same principles of patience, understanding, and support in my own home.

I also place a strong emphasis on fostering a sense of community. When families feel supported by their community and connected to others going through similar experiences, they are better equipped to navigate the ups and downs of the journey. I strive to build that sense of connection for every family I work with, knowing that collaboration and mutual support can be transformative.
