Meet the Team

Sara Brown, RBT

Hello, I’m Sara Brown — Registered Behavior Technician, educator, and mom to two incredible boys on the autism spectrum who keep me learning, growing, and smiling every single day.

I’ve spent the past fourteen years immersed in the world of Applied Behavior Analysis, supporting children, families, and fellow therapists through both the struggles and the small victories that make this work so meaningful. My career began as an RBT, where I learned that progress is built on patience and connection — not perfection. I later transitioned into teaching within an inclusive preschool classroom, a place where laughter, learning, and belonging came together in the most beautiful ways.

These experiences shaped how I view my work today. I now have the privilege of training and mentoring new RBTs — guiding them not only in the science of behavior but in the heart behind it. For me, it’s about modeling compassion, curiosity, and the belief that every child’s potential deserves to be seen and celebrated.

As a mom, I understand the days that feel endless and the nights that feel uncertain. I also know the power of community — of having someone who truly gets it. That’s why I’m passionate about building spaces where families feel supported, accepted, and never alone on their journey.

Outside of work, you’ll find me surrounded by my boys, usually in the middle of our joyful chaos — laughing, learning, and reminding myself that progress often hides in the quiet moments.

Because at the end of the day, this work isn’t just about behavior change — it’s about connection, resilience, and believing in the beauty of each individual story.
